Peter Kemmer, Head of School
After training as a teacher in the subjects Physical Education, Spanish and Catholic Theology, Peter Kemmer taught at a secondary school in Munich. Following that, he headed a department at the Educational Authority of the city of Munich. Before joining Phorms, he was Head of School at the “Luisengymnasium” in Munich.
Patrizia von Möller, Managing Director and Head of Administration
Patrizia von Möller has been part of the management team ever since the Phorms Campus Munich was founded in 2007/08. She studied International Economics at Passau University and at the European Economic Academy E.A.P in Paris, Oxford and Berlin. After she had obtained her diploma, she worked as project manager and Head of Administration at different companies in Germany and abroad.
Kathrin Volkmann, Deputy Head, Secondary School
Kathrin Volkmann worked as a German and English teacher at secondary schools in Magdeburg, Meißen and Dresden. While assigned to the International School for Holocaust Studies in Yad Vashem, Jerusalem, she developed learning materials and workshops. Before joining Phorms, she was Deputy Head at the all-day “Sinai” primary school in Munich.
Daphne Scobie, Head of Primary School
Daphne Scobie is English by birth and has been living in Germany for more than 25 years. Originally, she was an engineer in aerospace technology, but then followed her true calling and trained as a teacher. Before joining Phorms, she gained teaching experience at many other schools, most recently as Head of a European primary school in the Frankfurt/Main area.
Lilian Feninger, Deputy Head, Primary School
Lilian Feninger trained as a “European Teacher” at the College of Education in Freiburg, a course of studies focused on teaching at bilingual schools. While still at school, she spent a year in the United States and returned there to gain her first professional experience as an assistant teacher. Before being promoted to Deputy Head, she taught as class teacher at our Primary School for several years.
Stefanie Nussbaumer, Deputy Head, Primary School
Stefanie Nussbaumer is from Austria and studied at the Pädagogische Hochschule Salzburg. She lived in the United States for many years and went to school there. After completing her studies she spent a few months in Indonesia in order to gain teaching experience at Jakarta International School. Stefanie Nussbaumer previously worked as a class teacher in our Primary School before taking over the position as Deputy Head of Primary School.
Sheryl Finkbone, Head of Crèche & Kindergarten
My name is Sheryl Finkbone. I am originally from Chicago (USA), but have called Munich home since 2000 and Phorms Munich since 2008. Last year I completed my Master’s degree in Education. This year, I am happy to take on my new role as Deputy Head of Crèche and Kindergarten, as well as the acting substitute teacher in Kindergarten.
