On Friday, March 24, 2017 all year 3 classes got to visit a special performance of the Münchner Rundfunkorchester at the Prinzregententheater. They watched excerpts of the famous “Firebird” by Igor Stravinsky. Not only did the students listen to an orchestra of superb quality, the performance was enriched by a group of expressive ballet dancers in colourful costumes. The conductor and narrator also involved the young audience and even invited them to move along at times. Orchestra, dancers and narrator were receiving enthusiastic applause by the young audience at the end.
